This tutorial will guide you step by step how to achieve 3D pop-out out of bounds effect in Canva.
You need 4 elements for this effect. Two instances of the same image, one with background, one without. Besides those you need square and quarter arc shape elements. The process goes by placing arc and square around image with background in order to form shape of picture frame. You need to rotate, scale elements and practice precision to achieve this effect. It’s not so hard but it does include some work and trial and error. Results are awesome.
There is another way of doing it. By using premade custom Canva frames making this effect is effortless and done in few seconds. Get your images ready, one with background, one without, then place one image inside frame, lock it and place other image exactly above it. You can also add shadows to give it depth like I did with cats above 🙂
